What about nerfing Titanic?
That'd solve a lot of the issues of people going tank builds and still doing damage that would make an assassin main blush. You just nerfed Tahm for the exact same scaling -- so give Titanic the same treatment.

PhantomGG2 votesTitanic is where it needs to be. It's damage is quite minuscule, the heal isn't all that, so you are making a legitimate sacrifice when you chose it over hydra.

Hammermancer1 votesI only build it when i'm playing my norms cheese build sion where i simply stack ad and damage items and suicide 1v5 people.... (Usually get a kill, then die, then get one or two more kills... but i'm bronze and i know it's a bad build)
It's not viable really in ranked because it doesn't offer enough defensive stats, i'd maybe argue to lower its base damage and give it some small amount of MR or Armor (25-30).
