Can we have a resolve rune that gives attack speed.

The reason why I’m asking this is that unless you are a tank support, tank top laners and junglers always go precision secondary just for the attack speed rune and triumph. Can we add a resolve rune that gives attack speed early game, then converts to health late game. Let’s face it, attack speed is important as a tank because you clear camps faster, you can cs faster, you can kill enemies quicker. With this rune in the tree, we could have more diversity in secondary rune trees since the attack speed won’t be so mandatory.
