Riot doesn't rework weak champions morron, didn't you see what they said? they rework champions with anti-fun/no counterplay strength like veigar old stun.

where is katarina ? her strenght lies in capability to both be an assasin and resourcles cleanup mage, so she can win teamfights by herself, not to mention that her counterplay is not proportional to the power she carries

Akali is the first image, and i just put few cases not all to show how riot rework only champions they want to be reworked like ryze/urgot, meanwhile riven and kalista are considered healthy

yeah but at the same time id like to note what kind of healthy do we want ?

there are 2 kinds of healthy one is that champion is equal to other champions, so you can succed with any champion you like

second is that your champion has both defined strenghts and weaknesses so it can counter others hard or be countered hard

the thing that we need to cosider is that those 2 concepts mix in lol, so if we want to make the game realy healthy, we need to kill one of them

but then you see a new champion release which consists of an assasin who has a good chunk of mobility utility survivability burst sustained damage and a passive execution not to mention both soft and hard cc in the mix

according to riot, healthy is beeing a champion with counterplay which means avoidable damage.

It is usually due to either outdated kits (GP and Poppy) or due to being nearly unbuffable due to how obnoxious they are (Yorick and Shaco). Others just got in the pro scene to stop mobile plays and got nerfed to get politely out of the way (Veigar). A few others are a mix of low counterplay/interaction, being unfun to go against and being outdated (Warwick and Trynda).

Most of the champions you listed aren't really in for a rework, I think. Some might need a buff or a nerf, or a few tweaks, but out of all of them, only Taric, Urgot, Warwick, Shaco and Yorick seem to be in for a complete rework.
