Just make early surrenders a normal surrender.
Tired of a one sided match being prolonged past the 20 minute mark because of one vote No against 4 votes Yes.

zAntiM81 votesImo they should change it the way that early surrender becomes accessible at min 5. (Min 0 would make no sense and would simply allow to wintrade faster in flex queue.)
The 4 man surrender vote however should stay the same. If someone thinks he´s capable of carrying a game on his own, he should be given the chance to do so.
