It actually feels really weak now unless you have a perfect engage onto 3+. I'm actually switching to TLD on Hecarim and Vi. I don't think CoC is particularly good anymore. It feels just barely worse than it should be. I'd make it 3-66 instead of 3-54.

Idk man, when TLD scores better on Vi than CoC, I think the mastery is a bit weak.
