I Think Silence Should Stop Tryndamere Ult

Why would anyone downvote this? Seriously, why would anyone downvote this? There is 100% no reason Tryndamere's ult should ignore CC, and I say this as someone who plays Tryndamere on the semi-regular.

would not work. tryndamere takes far more risk then almost any other champion. his entire kit is designed around high risk high reward. though he can dash away and has some safety from ganks if he has knowledge of it coming before hand it is not absolute. tryndamere ultimately is far more unreliable then even the most basic ranged adc. as a melee hyper carry/skirmisher his role requires him to have defensive skills that are reliable. yasuo has his windwall and dashes master yi has his meditate and q invuln and tryndamere has his ult and e. now looking back there was a time on release when tryndamere was not able to use his ult when stunned,cced,etc. and yes it was that bad. bad enough that riot almost instantly changed it to what you see today. the thing is tryndamere for all people complain about takes far more skill and is less reliable then even the most basic ranged ad carry. at the end of the day he is not yasuo he does not have yasuo's teamfight capability or master yi's snowball and tbh a skilled master yi would demolish any tryndamere without trying if he ever realizes how to use meditate properly. at the end of the day all tryndamere has going for him is early game cheese and split push. he is far less of a toxic champ then many people imagine him to be. now i don't like facing tryn's myself but i realize that in any matchup or lane with him there either 2 absolutes he feeds like hell and becomes useless or his cheese works and he becomes an annoying POS. Tryn unlike Riven or other hyper scaling tops cannot teamfight for squat so no matter how farmed he is he cannot really do anything. he will be kited to oblivion chain stunned and destroyed. whereas say a Riven would be impossible to peel off. so no having tryns ult cancelled by silences would not work. also it brings up more problems then it helps. lets say in the future riot thinks about finally doing something with "silences" they've kinda neglected the silence cc debuff for years on end and i don't think we've gotten any champions with silences in their kits for a long time as mostly it has been knockups or stuns or sleeps in zoes case. now say your change goes through now if riot ever thinks about introducing a support with silences or who grants silences onhit to his allies spells and basics your change would basically kill tryndamere for ever. he would have a hard counter so hard that it would not even be funny. now im kinda wondering myself why riot has yet to create any support with a silence in their kit.(and no malzahar and fiddles don't count as they weren't designed as a supports originally but as a mid laner and jungler) or say riot thinks of creating items with silence effects attached. just by virtue of your previous change tryndamere again would effectively be gutted beyond repair. anyways these are all hypothetical situations. its possible riot might never introduce any more silences into league and instead remove them. but anyways your change really would not help tryn and just gut him into oblivion and make some matchups impossible.

i just think he shouldnt be able to ult if he is under certain cc. silence included. (also cho is literally the only toplaner with a silence) its annoying when someone can activate his ult WHILE IN GA!

This would make so many champs hard counter Trynd, he would be absolutely terrible in a lot of matchups. If you don't like his current ult you should instead advocate a general rework to make him a less problematic champion.
