[URF] matchmaker keeps on matching me with players new to LOL

I'm in vicious loop of losing games because my teammates do not know how their champions abilities work. But that's not even that. They, truly, have no idea how to play LOL. They have no experience with the game at all. So each game is pretty much a loss. This doesn't affect enemies for some reason.

Now, I don't blame new players for playing bad, cause it's not their fault for matchmaker being r%%%%%ed. Problem starts when you try to help them, talk to them and immediately i'm tagged toxic. How in the hell was I matched with them? How in the hell enemies do not have such issues?

What the hell am I supposed to do? Not only my enjoyment from URF is hindered by bullshit balance and the AR part, but now the game also ties dead weight of "certain defeat" players. This is exactly like bronze blackhole.

I understand how matchmaker and MMR works, but in this case, something definitely gone wrong.

Edit: now enemy team had one such player, so yea. Still though, why are they matched with other players above their skill?
