i still dont understand whats supposed to make him not a diver though.
he ults into the enemy team and his mobility is just all in. he e's onto an enemy champion and reactivates it to keep sticking (mostly to stay in range of his q).
he doesnt have the "in and out" kind of playstile of a skirmisher. including his passive which is basically just there to give him a second health bar after he dived in. hes just an all in type of champion, and every mobility tool he has is only forward oriented.
