How long before you riot will realise they gutted Rylies?

Rylies was not nerfed, it was gutted. I'm pretty sure no one is going to build that item anymore until a year later, when riot finally buffs just a little bit.

I feel like they went to far. I personally will not use it in its current stat. I mean, it worst than its original stat. It use to give 40 percent slow on single target spells. Now its just 20 percent for everything. Plus the lost of ap and health. It's not remotely appealing to me anymore.

And the best part is, they are waiting to see which champs it affects.

Meanwhile are roaming the rift killing everything in sight, every game, all the time, all day, everyday.
