First off, his win rate is 52.3 jungle and 48.3 top. Second, he is FOTM since he is so stong, so a lot of people are now playing him that have no clue how to play him. So of course his rate has dropped some. He is still a ban worthy champ.

Only a complete idiot goes by the daily win rate. Daily win rate is an aberration 90% of the time. You have to look at win rate over time. You should at least use the 7 day one since the patch has been out long enough.

People are still playing jax without their guinsoo and not knowing how to win a fight with it.

That being said there's a difference between 2 days of having a 44% winrate and months/years of low winrates.

His winrate has plummeted for the same reason Vayne, Kog, Trist and Yi's winrates have plummeted: People are trying way, way too hard to fit rageblade into their builds. They're rushing it no matter how bad of an item it is to rush. That trend has to stop (or at least, we need more robust data about winrate with certain items) before we can justify buffs for him, just like how we need to wait before justifying buffs for Trist who is doing just as poorly as him since the patch came out.
