But when we push the wave afterwards, can you not take every single minion including the canon, especially when I give you the kill? I want gold too and this feels especially worse when I'm in a bad match up and could use every piece of gold I can get.

I play Support sometimes, and I've watched some pretty shocking things from my team's jungler. I've sat and watched our jungler go from topside to botside for a gank without taking a single camp.

No, it's a jungler that doesn't understand that farm > ganks, and that being underleveled and underfarmed means the enemy jungler's ganks will gradually become stronger, and if he's counterganked it's considerably more likely to swing the other way.
People have unrealistic expectations from their junglers sometimes, but I just ask that they have a certain level of competency with the role. This is like laning and valuing trades over CS.
