Does Infinities Edge add crit multiplier onto fiora's new E?

at rank 5 fioras E does 250% crit damage and garunteed crit, but IE says crits now deal 250% instead of 200, not 50% more.

yes, it does. it even updates the tooltip.

however, unless youre really snowballing, building crit on fiora isnt a good idea. your e makes a large portion of your damage by lategame. and crit is wasted on it entirely. the first strike cant crit at all, so the stat is wasted. the second strike auto crits, so what do you need crit chance for?

i.e. is kinda an exception and you can go for it if you want, just because it increases the crit damage on the e, but imo there are better damage items for her.

hydra, cleaver, bloodthirster are usually the first 3 items i finish. hexdrinker for some magic defense, and 1 defensive item.

cleaver is absolutely useless due to the fact that 50% of her damage is true damage that scales off of AD ratios, only reason i've ever bought it was for the phage passive and the 20% cdr. otherwise there are no CDR items i can buy on fiora that scale well with the rest of her kit.

its good for the ad, cdr and movement speed bonus. health doesnt hurt either. neither does the armor shred. youre right, that she doesnt need much armor pen and im not buying it for that. but if you want to get cdr as fast as possible, cleaver and ionian boots are your best bet.
