You know what I never see from Hextech chests?

Shards for Ward skins and summoner icons. When Hextech loot first came out, I got a few ward skins shards but I soon completely stopped seeing them. As for icon shards, I've never once seen them appear. Why do these categories for the loot exist when they never even show up in a chest? I'd like to know if other people see them because it makes me think this. You could argue all that people are interested in is the champ and skin shards and I would agree with you, but at least you could use the other loot for disenchanting into essence if you didn't want them.
