Gangplank Is Still Wating for a rework

A rework That turn him into a hard carry like he was in season 1. And after several rework (including his passive) he became a bruiser that was toxic in lane and unkillable+heavy dmg when he was viable.

that was his kit in season 1:

executioner calling on his passive, with a poison which used to deal 200 dmg over 14 seconds. Q: same with a l higher AD ratio W: same E: used to deny a creep and give a higher bonus AD R: larger AOE higher dmg

What he needs: a new E spell, fix his early game for a better late game

his early game can be strong due to his: -poke -permaslow passive with magic dmg -sustain

Parrrley: -change the mana cost to 70/60/50/40/30 -change the cooldown to 8/7/6/5/4 -cooldown is halved if the it kills a unit (like annie) -change bonus gold to an increase of 50% -AD ratio is now 1/1.05/1.1/1.15/1.2

grog soaked blade:

-no longer slow -each stacks increase gangplank attack speed and movement speed

remove scurvy: -cooldown is halved if gangplank cleans a cc

New E: -impale a target dealing X dmg and slowing her (can be casted on friendly minions if they have less then 10% of their hp) could work because old gangplank E oneshoted the creep, now it can only be used if the creep is really low. 10% of 320 hp is 32 and most champions has at least 50 AD

I think this is unnecessary - Critplank is still very much OP. I carry almost every time.

Maybe not as a tanky Gang but play Critplank, or as I like to call him - Critbank.

Don't know if I'd like your changs, but he definitely needs some love from Rito. Today a friend o' mine tolde me Rito nerfed him to anger me (I kind of main him) and I was happy, although skeptical, because it meant Riot finally had somehow returned on him xD Instead I went on Surr at 20 and read about Urgot buffs and nothing for my favorite pirate :C
