i hate most feral flare junglers

^ namely because most of them are so stupid and ignore the fact that kills and assists get you stacks to flare, and just outright what it is to be a jungler. i especially hate it when they see the enemy jungler actively ganking lanes, ignore it, then blame the team for eventually getting caught in a gank. feral flare RUINS jungling as it gives junglers this false notion that they can play jungle like a lane, which is farm until you're stupidly strong(which is the case maybe 30% of the time, the rest of the time you're just at the same point as everyone else)

Sad to hear you've had a bad experience. But it's not the jungler's job to win lane for you.

If the enemy jungler is catching you with ganks, you need to ward more. No, don't get that extra amp tome, and not that long sword. Spend that 440g on a vision ward and some sight wards.

I consider myself a jungle Warwick main. I have a 73% win rate with him this season. One of the biggest reasons I win so often is because I actually ward while I farm jungle, and look out for my team as a double-protection against ganks for my teammates (teamwork wins games), but you can't expect people to do that, especially in Silver III. In fact, if you feel like you have to rely on the jungler to win, you're probably not playing well enough yourself. Focus on improving your game and your game alone and I guarantee you'll be playing better in no time. Personally, if I don't win lane AND outplay the enemy jungler, I feel like I'm not doing enough for my team. With that mindset (and years of Warwick and Annie mastery under my belt), I went from Silver III to Plat V in under 100 games. So give it a shot next season. You might surprise yourself.

It'll be gone soon, and then you'll have to find something else to bitch about.

He has a point though, FF will be gone and there will be other stuff to complain about. Junglers who stay in the jungle like WW, don't really have any good reason t o appear before 6.

They are going to add an Enhancement called Devourer which is basically FF reworked into the S5 Jungle system. FF will not go away so easily.

I mean, farming jungle is a legitimate strategy. It's not a POPULAR one, since everyone likes kills now, but it's a safer one for the jungler. Farming can be a really effective strategy for a jungler, if they use their farm to press advantages (objectives, counterjungling, etc).

You should really keep up with the news of preseason changes. All of the current jungle items are being replaced, with the new 4 weapons and enchantments.

And one of the enchantments is literally a feral flare without on hit healing, but that you buy and starts with 40 stacks.

But the Enhancement Devourer is basically FF- Attack speed, magic damage on hit that goes up when you kill large monsters. Meaning, FF and its play style of farming the jungle all game then come out extremely strong in the lategame will stay.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mbr8Rcktsu4 A jungler that decides he doesn't leave the jungle because he bought a feral flare is a bad player and has not yet learned what he should be doing. It is not the fault of the item that such a person decided to do this. This is what you do with a feral flare.
