Both seem like the ideal candidate for the Tank tenacity item that we no longer have because of Juggernaut being replaced by Cinderhulk
It would also be nice to have that Tenacity + Boots of Swiftness :D

so poppy uses ohmwrecker, then ults, then bard ults the turret, then he uses ohmwrecker
thats 16.5 seconds of useless turret. (3 +8 +2.5 +3 )

Yeah but if they have Mercs like they almost always do, and if they have 21 in defense that CC thing really doesn't do much. Mostly just want it to give Tenacity so we aren't forced to build Mercs.
LeeDark1 votesA lot of them aren't going to have Merc's. And if they do, it becomes easier for the ADC to take them down. They have no Ninja Tabi, and spent a chunk of gold on Righteous Glory, which offers no armor. You have to choose between Tenacity and surviving the ADC. If you put Tenacity on Righteous glory, they get to build Ninja Tabi with no downside, and suddenly there is NO COUNTERPLAY to a Righteous Glory tank running at you. You either have enough starting distance to back away, or you don't. That would be bad design.

Tenacity is INSANELY powerful, why do people think it should be super easy to get?
If it's pretty much just on boots, it forces you to make a meaningful choice.
Also, why do tanks need buffs again? They're doing pretty well right now.

item #1: same stats and cost as Randuins, passive and active removed and replaced with tenacity.
item #2: same stats and cost as banshee veil, spellshield removed and replaced with tenacity.
Optional: make item #2 have the same stats as spirit visage instead (for muh 10% CDR)

Paress1 votesHonestly i'm glad and sad that Ohmwrecker is unpopular, it gives so many opportunities to gank lanes. You use Ohmwrecker and you instantly have a free kill if well played alone/with your jungler. The item gives also nice stats but too low HP for his price (since Glory buff to 650 HP it's less good).
And since the patch, you have almost permanent high MS boost on lanes.
If Ohmwrecker gains Tenacity or more HP, it would be very popular (I'd pick it a lot)
