riot don't buff ad ezreal

He should be buffed, Zed should be buffed too.

I have hundreds of games on Ezreal and a terrible winrate. On other ADCs, my winrate is quite good. I'm convinced that even if I'm not a great Ezreal, he needs some buffs.

He's one of the hardest ADCs to actually carry with and it isn't just due to his mediocre DPS. Ezreal is too unreliable and he lacks kill pressure even when he has a significant edge. They can just stand behind minions or the tanks and avoid nearly all of Ezreal's damage. In fact, they can probably even shove you in since Ezreal has some of the worst waveclear for an ADC. Basically, he doesn't let me capitalize on leads as strongly as many other champions and creating a lead is pretty hard to begin with. His laning is quite poor given that his scaling is also not impressive.
