Worst Strategy That's Easy to Beat in Low ELO

I'm a jungle main in low ELO, specifically i prefer not to play ranked at all, but this is the strategy i hate the most as a low ELO jungler.

The enemy jungler will do absolutely nothing but invade and kill you.

To you high ELO player's, that's really easy to stop, i do know how to stop it, i do know what i'm supposed to do but guess what, my team doesn't. I can ask them, constantly "Hey i need help i'm getting perma invaded, please help me next time we see him/her." in Low ELO they will completely ignore you.

DO NOT GET ME WRONG!!! DISCLAIMER RIGHT HERE! - I understand if my laner is being pushed in, or if i invaded and got caught or they simply don't have lane priority. What i don't understand how my enemy jungler can get off scott free by not clearing their own camps, taking all of mine and preventing me from being able to do absolutely anything then i get flamed at the end of the game for being a "Useless Jungler"

Disclaimer 2- I know it's partially my fault for playing a champion that can't 1v1 early, i know, i get it. At the same time though, it's not entirely my fault that i can't gank you when you won't help me deal with this Udyr, Xin Zhao, Jax or Kindred literally just sitting in my jungle constantly. Like, if they get fed i'm sorry but i can't have flash every minute and i certainly can't get away from them when they have red buff, there is no outplay for me here if i get caught i die that's all there is too it. I can't have vision of every single fucking camp in my jungle either, so don't go off and say "Well just get vision" no, no that's not how it works, it helps but it doesn't stop it. And no i sure as hell am not gonna invade them back knowing full well that their team follow's up better than mine and they already beat me 1v1.

If you are a laner in the same ELO as me and you've had a jungler flame you for this, please understand how frustrating it is to not be able to play the game at all. Remember all those time's that Renekton would just walk under your tower and one shot you, that's what it's like being invaded constantly, it's the same feeling when you needed help there that's how we feel when you won't help us.
