I see no reason why Eve needs to use mana

When the following Assassins are manaless Rengar Zed Katarina

Rengar has sustain, Eve does not Zed and Kat have more burst than Eve does Zed and Kat have mobility that Eve simply doesn't and Rengar has far more than she does

Mana feels like a chokehold for Eve right now, why not just take it away? Honestly I don't see why she even still uses it.

She also has stealth and the ability to remove slows along with far better sustained damage

They need to lower the mana cost on Q a bit more.

Mana is pretty much a chokepoint on every champion asides from Ryze now, though.
