Blitz Rework
What if his w spawned a generator, and he got movespeed and 10% cdr while in range of the generator? He would be able to re-position for hooks better, but would be worse at chasing you down the lane.

Woook3r2 votesI thought it would be more of a rework becauses it takes away his ability to chase, but makes him better in some other situations. If you made him fast near the generator, and slow him down away from it then he isnt going far. A new ability is a rework tho isnt it?
