FullBuild lvl2 champions SHOULD NOT have an item replaced when lvl 3 transformed

I had a lvl 2 with in camp. And a lvl 2 on hand with .

When fusing to a lvl 3, has been dropped and i now had in hands a lvl 3 .

This is totally senseless. The way items are exchanged is not clear. I essencialy lost the match due to something i litteraly couldn't crontrol

Ya that's gotta be a bug, if riot isn't gonna allow dropping items they better damn well make sure whatever makes that decision will leave the fully built champion their kit

can they just make a change where you can drop an item from an character not necesary to sell them k they can even go as far as put a price on droping the item i dont care
