Yep i can see the big picture here, MonkeyKing is the main problem and the most op champion in game that we going to make his Q into gutted useless skill. Sure he is way strong than that Evelynn who got better jungle clear + better pick rate compared to her winrate special that she can do wukong job better and she always hidden plus got sustain. Jax Ohh the grand master of destroying people 1v3 if allowed to with right build, sustain and tankies isn't the problem while he able to 3 AA your squishy. Ekko The real diver assassin that is fine for people with his shield + his ult + his damage which is fine for people as well.

Let's take a look at his winrate to pickrate compared to other champions. http://i63.tinypic.com/x51gtu.png Ohh right Graves got a way way higher pick rate and got almost the same winrate.

So do any of those champions have Stealth plus a massive teamfight initiation CC ult?

I wouldnt say he has a team initiation ult. Its really best if used as a 2nd engage. Primary tends to just get you focused and killed and people just pop their flash and youre spinning in the middle of nothing.

Winrate say they don't need that to win their game, winrate they say they able to performance better in long term and solo carry.

Wukong himself is not really the problem, it’s that he uses duskblade very well. Why is wukong suddenly a problematic champion to face now even though he has not received any big buffs for a while. Have people also noticed he is pretty weak until he gets duskblade, that item is just too good at allowing one shots especially out of stealth or hiding in a bush. Actually who uses duskblade and isn’t op right now?

And no one is "op because of duskblade". Players just think an early game champion spiking with an item is somehow insane. Theyre supposed to have a 1 item powerspike.

The examples of champions who are OP that do build it are examples like talon, who has some miracle lv2 cheese or something people die to. Lv 2 isnt with dusk.

Worst part they planning on nerfing item 3147 plus not allowing it to get passive active with item 3095 they legit going to do that plus wukong nerf, like put the duskblade nerfs first then see how things will go ?

Of the 12 other champs you name, I'd say Wukong is the most degenerate. His stealth, dash, burst, massive AOE knock up is pretty obnoxious. win rate isn't the only thing that matters.

He needs a rework. but in the meantime, nerfing degenerate champions is the okay alternative.

That said, the nerfs may be too much.
