Flex queue matchmaking ios officially acknowledged as broken, and they have for a fix for it as soon as they can find an opportunity to take the servers down.

They have no plans to replace/remove normal draft in NA.

they have stated they know there is an issue with the flex queue mmr... they plan on a hot fix that will help some but not all... and cant 100% fix it with out disabling it ... most likely as soon as solo Q comes live ( next patch) they will disable flex to fix it...
