Apperently, Ludens is really bad... someone explain pls

Hi, I have been playing the midlane for a while now and I almost always build luden's becuase of the crazy damage you get...

apperently its bad though lol... someone explain?

Not really bad, just.. pretty expensive and meh stats + often worse than item 3151 second item so.. kind of bad lel

The movespeed and passive is pretty nice, but lackluster against other, more powerful options.

The only champions who really build ludens now are burst mages like Annie who don't have enough damage in their kit to actually 1 shot a back line target.

Because it's just 100 AP with roughly 38~ move speed attached for a cost of 3200 gold. This wouldn't be so bad if the passive was anything better than "Eh. It's all right." (Which you pay roughly 600 gold for, by the way)
