He rotation before that was 1 shaped, you saw it coming and you could push it back with good cc landing or good stopwatch but after the rework it will be hard to target and if she do use the smoke area in right way it will keep her under tower for long time.

What aggro, she gets targeted for half a second then goes invis again so the aggro can go onto someone else, this is a selfish ability that doesn't DIRECTLY help her team very much but helps her ALOT.

By Aggro he meant from the enemy players, not enemy tower.
Any decent split push will draw more than just one defender because a lone defender will likely die against Jax, Tryndamere, Yorick, and the likes.

What I meant was it didn't help her teammates much by not doing dmg / cc / any utility for her teammates but it compensates that by being completely broken for her and her alone.

Thats good then. It lacks team utility which means that if she's behind it can't become Ivern 2: The Ohmwreckoning to make up for it. It's a simple ninja skill that enhances her ability to assassinate, like all assassins. Like Talons parkour, it doesn't help his team but lets him take new paths to gank.
