If the NA Match History is dead, Rito, THEN TELL US

It's been almost 2 months since the day I realized my match history has stopped working. Then I checked the Boards and saw that other NA Players were having the same issue. I will have submitted my 5th discussion about Match History after I post this and have also sent 4 tickets to Support, 2 of which got completely ignored. The funniest part? In the 2 tickets that were actually answered, they told me to go QQ on the forums about it (just kidding, told me to report it, but I HAVE BEEN).

Fix the match history, or tell us it's dead for NA Riot. This is just a slap in the face for NA Players. No I do not buy that you do not notice all the complaints on the boards, and I'm sure you're getting tickets from people other than me about it. Wake up, quit being lazy.
