Major Stealth Nerf to Jungle Twitch!

and its upgrade's tooth passive is no longer applied by Twitch's passive poison - this was a huge part of what made jungle Twitch almost viable since patch 5.22. I don't know exactly what patch removed this, as I didn't notice it right away, but its had to have been in the last couple.

I'm honestly surprised Twitch's poison would proc it in the first place.

Considering it doesn't apply on-spell effects and it isn't a basic attack, I don't see how it would count as "damaging a monster with an attack or spell" in the first place.
