Some mage types with roots (looking at you Ryze) could also trade pokes evenly with her if not give her a hard time.
Its unreasonable to say that Riven is so OP she cannot be stopped. The days of top tanks seem numbered, while we still see them up there the meta seems to offload the job to either a jungler (hello amumu/jarv), or to a support (hello leona). I haven't seen the likes of Garen, Renekton, or Trundle up top in a long time.
