Was kindred artwork designed by the same ppl as Bard?

Kindred artwork on concept is so well done I love it. But then I look at Bard and I see the same mystical spiritual roaming being concept so I was wondering, were those two designed by the same ppl?

More evidence is their ults and how they need to sorta roam to acquire more power.

Does anyone know if they were designed by the same team?

Well, I just posted a thread like 10 min ago about how Kindred's general appearance seems to be also inspired from Princess Mononoke, which is what Bard is a direct homage to (well in his case, there is Spirited Away too).

Not sure if they are designed by the same guy.

Honestly, seeing the Akali rework makes playing immobile champs seem unfair.
