Riot is completely ignoring out of meta champs.

champs like Vel, Brand, Malzahar, Master Yi, Kindred, and all the assassins that build new AD items get all the attention from riot, with new updates and balancing almost every patch.

When's the last time anyone saw Olaf or Karthus in the patch notes?

Every update focuses on the mets champs instead of trying to get more champs in the meta. I'd like to something other than the same 20 champs every game. It's all a matter of buffs where they don't need to be, and total indifference where change is needed. You don't need to keep reworking and creating new champs for new gameplay styles when 1/4 of the champs in the game already often feel unusable.

Of course hotfix broken things like Malz, but seeing Yi and Tryndamere get buff after buff either item wise or directly is just plain stupid when champs like Urgot, Olaf, Tahm, Corki, Nunu, etc. are where they are.
