player 2 forgets to upgrade trinket player 3: Y U NO FKING UPGRADE THE GODAM TRINKET NOOB player 4: disgusting hominid.

I would imagine you'll be safe, assuming you are player 4 , but I would recommend avoiding calling teammates disgusting or anything similar if you really don't want chat restrictions or bans. Technically that's verbal abuse. I don't quite get why you were focusing on hominid in this scenario...
