After it end? Then you take the objectives.
Attack speed (from items, runes, buffs, abilities, and even leveling up) only modifies your base attack speed, which is around ~0.65 attacks per second on average, or 1 attack every 1.5 seconds.
To get 1.35 attacks per second off a base of 0.65, you'd need a little less than 108% AS.
Considering
is 50% and 40%, you'd need another 28% from levels to hit 1.35 attacks per second off a base of 0.65 AS.
~50% AS from levels @level 18 is fairly average for marksman, forcing ~150% AS (after per-level gains) to double your level 18 AS of around 1.0 attacks per second to get 2.0 attacks per second.
Going ham in AS is not ideal, Riot did not make the 2.5 attacks per second cap easily achievable.
AS is also pretty expensive for it's relative %DPS upgrade, AD is significantly more effecient right away, where critical strikes are about as cost-effective as AD per gold at increasing DPS.
Generally speaking most marksman have %AS steroids though - which causes itemizing for AS to give less potential %DPS than itemizing for crit, due to how AS stacks. 50% AS on Base 100%+400% AS for 550% AS is only a 10% DPS increase, where 50% AS on just a base 100% AS is a 50% DPS increase.
The bigger the %AS steroid, the less cost-effective AS is in comparision to things like AD, Crit, and armor pen.
You really shouldn't get much on AS
.
She has one of the strongest AS steroids of the marksman class, and has unusually high per-level gains.
