I mean since you went and changed Lissandra's(which is a very awesome passive now) can you actually care about Varus now whose passive might as well not exist? You can remove it and i wouldn't notice.
Yes i'm salty that since 2012 his passive has been garbage and Riot still hasn't addressed it.

Not because I wouldn't appreciate a new passive, but because if riot gives him a new passive they'll probably take the opportunity to change a lot more about the champion. And in their current state of the company and game, the last thing I want them doing is rehashing older champion designs.
