-Sivir from a couple games back. Worst attitude ever. I had to squint to make sure I was reading that correctly. Sad but true.

Okay, I get it. This is Bronze.

But Riot, can you please at least reward the 15-20% of Bronze players who actually recognize that teamwork is the key? I'm sick of selfish players who scream "KS!" when the support saves them then takes the kill or people who blame everyone else for their failures. Can we please match players who have.... with each other? -rarely been reported for toxicity -lots of honor (of course, have to filter out the spammed ones) or have an honor badge for Helpful, Friendly, or Teamwork -never received Tribunal Ban/Ranked Restriction/Chat Restriction

I don't want this to alter matchmaking (i.e. putting players with much different skill in the same match) but can you try your best to at least match players who recognize teamwork is the key together please?

I've noticed that the majority of Bronze matches are lopsided, but not due to the skill of the players, but because people refuse to work as a team. 2 matches ago, our Vayne asked us to dodge in champ select (most likely LOLKinged us and saw our crappy match histories - I've been on a losing streak lately), then our MonkeyKing , Malzahar and Shaco blamed each other for the loss. And it wasn't too long ago where our team destroyed the enemy even though most of their champs countered ours. Why? Because they were spamming all chat all match about who to report, who was to blame, all game and then in post game chat too.

I can actually see where he is coming from in some situations. Had plenty of games I start off X-0 and end up at best even because I cant overcome all the garbage of team around me.

well it is saddening when your 7-1 and then because of your team end the game 8-6 it would be nice to just save the kda and afk sometimes XD

Sigh. The only number that matters is your win-loss record. I'd rather go 8-8-3 and win than go 18-3-8 and lose. If your score is 7-0-7 or something, 4 of your allies are dead, and 5 enemies are at your nexus, fine, stay in spawn and save your perfect score. It's very unlikely you can save your nexus in a 1v5 anyway. But if the game is not over, you shouldn't try to save your KDA, since there is still a chance of a comeback. If you care about KDA so much, you shouldn't play this game. And by the way, I do report people who do this (if they say it in game like the Sivir in my game), Negative Attitude, since you're being selfish and not helping your team try to come back.

lets be honest thou you can usually tell when the game is over and its pointless yes comebacks do happen but when your adc is 2/11 with 50 farm at 20 mins and your the only person on your team that is even slightly fed 4/1 you can try but your just going to mess up your kdr your not winning that game

The whole "mess up score" thing is just dumb. Why do you guys care so much? Are you having some kind of KDA contest with your friends? This game is about killing the nexus, not getting the best score. I've lost countless matches with a good kda, while also winning a couple with a low score. From your example, it sounds like you're just giving up. Remember, every match is winnable.

i care because then people lol king you like ohhhh your kdr is shit never mind in the past 20 ranked games my win% is 60-65 your kdr sucks from all those times i try harded for a win when i should have just ff

And smarter people look you up on na.op.gg and see "holy crap, this guy has a 73% win rate on X!". You don't need to impress dumb people.

i dont really care to impress them i just hate getting flamed for my kdr -.- its like you try carrying these guys i regularly come out 2-4 kills ahead of my lane opponent but then when all the other lanes of the enemy are fed and my lane gets fed by roaming its like why try i dont afk in base but i stop going for the big plays because i know my team simply wont beable to back me up so i dont stop playing i just stop trying to carry

Some KDA-keeping guy lost my game not too long ago. We were a solid bot lane with around 10-2-12, but he was afraid to teamfight because he didn't want to hurt his KDA record. I think op gg and other sites should block players from seeing their KDAs below like platinum.

Edit: I guess I can't say it's ALL his fault, but it definitely hurt us fighting 4v5 while he tried to split push. He'd get so far and two enemies would go spook him away.

Sorry about that, it really sucks that people care about their KDAs so much they throw the game. My average is 4-5-14 which is pretty good for a support/jungle tank main, but am I happy? No, because the only numbers that I look at are my 63 wins and 73 losses. When that Nexus explodes on the screen followed by the "Victory" animation, that is all that makes me happy during the course of a LoL match. Even if my KDA is 2-7-2.

Its bronze. no one understands team game down here. Ima be completely honest if two of my team starts to feed im more worried about my kda. I mean we suck. Ive made it to high silver we still suck there. I like playing tanks. BUt playing a tank in bronze is like pulling off my own fingernails. SO my friends and i compete for individual stats. But if my adc is bad and my mid is bad or my top is bad i check out and look for opportunities to pad my score. Check my op.gg ive been on a terrible losing streak but pretty much every game i play i do pretty well. People say if you are better you can carry at your current elo. may be true but in bronze is it worth the headache to try?!
