Mages going support

All these mages except one, i mean why? It's so obvious, she'd be great at it!

Of course I'm talking about Anivia 2 slows and a wall, why not?

Anivia support is quite good, i can say from experience. Kind of inferior to Zyra from a pure support perspective, but her damage output can be a lot higher, especially at low level. Works well with ADCs that can make use of the wall for shenanigans, like vayne. Just try not to pick her into anyone with a dash that can avoid her Q and W.

Tends to be good against stuff like Jinx Jhin MissFortune and other low-mobility ADCs, fairs poorly against long-range or mobile ones like Caitlyn Corki Ziggs Kalista Lucian Ziggs

The main issue with Anivia is that even with support starting items she still has some pretty severe mana issues, and buying tear delays her finishing her gold item and building sightstone. It's not a terrible idea, but there are some issues that you have to learn to overcome (much like most non-meta supports).

That being said, it sounds like a lot of fun, if you wanna do it knock yourself out. Who am I to judge, I regularly play Cho'Gath and Nasus support XD

I see 2 reasons:

Manahog Not better than other mage supports.

But once she gets her stun, that's a won laneing phase lmao.

She require combos to do damage and it has high mana cost so it's a huge problem if she doesn't land it. Also she's pretty hard to play. Her wall is like bard's ult. It can do good if used correctly but extremely unforgiving if you use it incorrectly.
