Can AA based marksmen get some help?

With the new season's changes (masteries and what not) AA based marksmen like jinx, caitlyn, twitch, and ashe seem to be almost guaranteed to be at a disadvantage to caster marksmen like MF, corki, and Lucian since they easily get a thunderlords proc off before you can AA twice and boom there goes half your health in the pre lvl 6 phase. I'm not saying rework the AA based marksmen, but something should be altered to make them more viable of a pick.
