is there any chance will be part of it?

right now her traps are worthless she has an insanely hard clear pre 3, then crazy easy clear post 4 and she lost her mid top and support roles so she could "jungle" and for two year she has been slowly going from

balanced in 3 lanes, 50% win rate in top and mid and 48% as support

to crazy OP in the jungle and good in lanes to strong in the jungle to bad in lanes to strong in the jungle and worthless in lanes to decent in the jungle and nobody but nid mains remembers she ever could lane to sub 45% win rate in jungle at all elos below plat

as a nid main i would love to see some changes to her

specifically ones that would help her lane again, or make her early clear less crazy high elo mechanic intensive

Well she isn't an assassin is she? And I'd expect Riot to focus on assassins such as Zed, Katarina, Rengar, etc. Who have a much faster burst than Nidalee. Mostly Rengar though, since his burst happens in less than a few seconds if he's fed. Which Riot deems unhealthy. Same with Kat, Zed, and you can find a full list of the champs they're focusing on in the Ask Riot thing or something...

But as someone who mains Zed, Kat, and Rengar, I would love to see those changes. And I think they will rework Nidalee, once they get to reworking all the other classes, since as you mentioned, she is pretty unhealthy to have. Champs should be able to be played in more than one role, and should have decent win rates throughout the elos. Decent as in around 50%.

And yeah her clear is horrible early in the game.

So she could see some changes to her kit and overall gameplay, kind of like how Vel'koz was changed. It wasn't a major change, like with annie, Cass, so on, but you'll probably see changes.

as long as the person who did nid's rework in 2014 does it, i think ill be happy with it. i LOVED that rework. +10,000 to whoever did that rework

I think she will get a rework. You see it with every champ. When they're close to a rework, they start nerfing every single part of them. AHEM AHEM WARWICK

Well. It was another great idea of riot to make her jungler. She was so op in jungle that was nerfed every single patch till the situation when she is just so weak, and so useless that she can only jungle. I really prefer her version before remake. I really prefer to throw out a bus instead of spear, where you could easly avoid it, where you had no bigger dmg on Q after spear... She is just destroyed champion, and i am so sad of this.

45% below plat? Yet riot wouldn't likely touch that, since She's still decent in the Pro scene. (Maybe not top tier, but decent)

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Riot had no intention of returning lane nidalee. Given that she's pretty reliant on her cougar form for her wave clear, it would be too dangerous to clear that way as a glass cannon. (And you can't just out poke with nuclear tipped spears anymore) And I don't think Riot liked her Bruiser split push build either. Riot seems to notice when split pushing starts to become prominent.

Aside from the fact that it fits her fantasy better. It kinda feels like she got balanced as a Jungler, cause they couldn't balance her anywhere else. Unfortunate really.
