She does that because she needs to be literally right next to you to do any dmg aside from an execute that does no dmg unless you're missing a decent bit of hp. I play Riven a lot and agree her in-lane strength should be toned down a bit, but outside of laning phase I don't think she really needs any nerfs.

Riven has plenty of equal or difficult lane matchups and when fed scales extremely well, but no more than other champs when built pure AD such as Yi, Xin, Lee Sin or even Vi. Irelia, built mostly tank, is still a better 6 item champ than Riven will ever be, and Lee Sin dumps all over her when built full AD.

She has counters, she can just be tricky to play against. Most people just get mad because in solo queue no one wards and she's one of the best roamers in the game. That isn't the champ's fault. She does have absurd mobility but it's not oppressive.

If you want to talk about someone with equal mobility, equal roaming gank pressure and better AD scaling you should first of all be looking at top lane Lee Sin, especially with those buffs his ult got. He is, in my opinion, way worse to play against than she will ever be.

How about we remove one aspect of her Kit.

I say her Ult's passive AD ratio increase.~~ Either you remove it ~~or put it to bonus ad. Thats a real nerf.
Increase her actual cd for her ult. Ill put what is right.

130/100/75

Make her Q's CD start from 2nd Q.
Increase the cd on her shield from 6 -> 7. With 40% cdr, She has a 3.6 cd on her E. Now if you add the amount of time she actually has on her E, she will have shield for 1.5 secs. Now her E is on cd for 2.1 secs. With 7 sec cd, **It'll be 4.2 which is = to 2.7 sec on cd after shield. **
No need to remove animation cancelling because her attack speed is shit and i know that feeling to well .~~ What you can do is buff the attack speed base and nerf her ratio.~~ She is currently sitting at 0.625 and 3.5% scaling.~~ i suggest buffing her attack speed from .625 to .65 and~~ nerf the scaling from 3.5% to 3%
You can nerf her base movement speed from 340 -> 335.
You can't~~ nerf her damage~~ I kinda contradict that statement with "1)". Remember this.

Now these are actual suggestions which anyone can take. You can't take all of them otherwise, Riot will officially hot fix her the moment the nerf goes live and revert all the nerfs as an April Fool's day moment.
