Ranked isn't fun and its not just the balance...here is a small fix

Its the trolls and remakes. In 4 matches I had

1)Our jungler AFK at 20 minutes 2)J4 support 3)Remake 4)Remake

Can I just get a normal match where all 10 players are here to try to win?

Solution:

1)Riot should make playing in ranked a privileged you have to maintain. As in, if you frequently load up a match and never connect, wasting 9 other peoples time because of the remake, you should be forced to play and win a few normal matches in order for ranked privileges be restored.

2)If you AFK a few times within a short period of time, (say, 2 times within 5 days)you should automatically have to play and win a few normals in order to be allowed to play ranked.

People should be punished for coming into ranked all loosey goosey. Its not fair to the other players and wastes everyone else's time.

I think the fact that Riot doesn't do something like this right now shows that they aren't too concerned about making the ranked solo que experience good as possible.
