Come on bro ;_; OFA doesn't really tell ya anything about balance.. if I have an ability that works well with another abilitie in my kit, my champion is broken in ofa. Think 5 Yasuo's ulting off one tornado.

All because riot never actually do balance test in PBE, and PBE people never play seriously to test balance.
