Can we please gut jayces mana costs and force him back into his tear build.
No one every complained about Tear jayce, it was balanced and constrained his rediculous early game because he was actually gated by real mana costs.
It's disgusting how jayce just gets these insane powerspikes without consequences or fear of reprisal because you can't actually do anything about him up top, especially if you're melee.
He harasses you in ranged form, forces you off the wave and makes sure you're always grossly under CS'd because if you actually go for farm his melee stance annihilates you and to boot it gives him bonus resistances and an ability which basically says "no fuck you, you can't actually trade back with me, so sit over there."
Tear however made his powerspike much later and actually gave people a chance to exist in lane against him....
