ADC reworks and Lucian?

Hey Riot,

I know you are listening. I just wanted to make sure when you rework the ADCs that you do a good job on Lucian. The reason is, he is fun to play, but after all the nerfs, his kit does not seem to synergies very well. Not only that, but with ADCs like Vayne/Kalista/Kindred, he has lost his identity as the mobile skirmish marksman.

In terms of burst, Graves/Corki are better. So Lucian does not have anything that is unique about him.

And to top it all off, he has 500 range and no CC. Those are real meaningful weaknesses and Lucian is not compensated enough for it. Now, I'm not saying simply add more range and some CC, that would just be boring and still lacking in identifying Lucian. I want a real Darius level update/rework that while place him on the map.

So here is what I think is unique about Lucian and have potential.

Lucian uses light to fight his foes. His W should have some unique visual debuff related to sight/vision if target is hit while facing Lucian. Something like a blind but more unique only to Lucian. Maybe a double vision debuff.

I don't mind Lucian short range and no CC, but it makes it really tough on him and he is not rewarded for it. I feel if he is that close to combat, he needs a better defense system. Look at Kindred for example. She is able to dash every 2 seconds and her R stops death within a zone. Vayne has stealth, self peel, potential CC and mobility with more range than Lucian.

Hence, maybe his E can interact with the visual debuff from his W to give Lucian a unique defense system. So he can go in combat without feeling overwhelmed.

Another unique thing I absolutely love is he can be built with AP and in the right hands, has some potential. His AP build needs a buff as it is underwhelming mid-late game.

perhaps when he uses E to dash he drops a flash (light) grenade in his cast location that explodes in an AOE radius dealing AP scaling damage

Do not take away AP Lucian, We need diversity in builds.

Oh yea, I'd also like to see items designed for specific ADC ranges. For example, ADC's with 400-550 range get more movement speed. While ADCs with 550 - 700 range get some other benefit.
