I believe the change was focused on making this less of a bruiser item and more of a mage item, and to that end I guess it works, but you only need so much mana to be effective. Expect Ryze to be even scarier with this, though.
CatSith1 votesI never really found myself needing more mana buying ROA but thats just me. 200 more mana isn't a big deal honestly but 150 hp gone is. I agree this would make ryze more scary :<.
