Yeah but she was almost guaranteed a kill on his lane opponent as soon as she reaches lvl 6, don't you think that's a problem?

At least with how whatever low amount of of counterplay she has now (yeah she still doesn't really have enough counterplay options but whatever), she still needs to circle around you a lot, back then it was 1 button press and she was done.

Her ulti was literally Alpha Strike on steroids, no good.

No not really. I remember fiora being an absolute monster that was arguably the only braindead champion riot has released because she literally just had to live long enough to press r to win team fights. Not to mention she could be nearly dead and sh would lifesteal all the damages while being untargetable. And the she was gutted to near uselessness until her rework.
