Season 5 Enchants + Season 4 Smite

As in, no upgraded smites. Just good old smite. You know, when someone couldn't stand on dragon and prevent you from being able to secure it (which is by far the most annoying thing ever), when nobody had to worry about the enemy laner taking Smite so they could get a jungle item.

IMO Season 5 has GREAT itemization with the enchantments. The only real problem is that Magus and Devourer might a little weak, but the other two are pretty fine (maybe if Cinderhulk didn't give %HP and instead that was different item, we might even see less Skirmisher's smite top lane). The only problem is smiting champions is obnoxious in many ways and has led to many necessary nerfs. For example, Warwick got gutted because Skirmisher's Saber. And after that got nerfed Wariwck is still pretty bad. Evelynn is pretty much always at a disadvantage since she needs Blasting Smite for sustain, whereas season 4 smite itself gave sustain similar to how Blasting smite gives it, but a little less, and her opponent will probably have Chilling or Challenging smite.

Additionally Skirmisher's Saber and Stalker's Blade have both caused many problems with balance changes. Skrimisher's literally just got nerfed and Stalker's was nerfed multiple times towards the beginning of the season.

I'd honestly be fine if we just got the original 40 Second Champion only smite back. Also now smite can't target small monsters so I can't smite their small Wraith to show them I mean Fucking Business.

As a compensation if this were to be considered the actual items (Warrior etc.) could also get slight buffs.
