Spectral Cutlass makes Garen way to strong.
The most frustrating thing about the ARAM changes imo has to be Spectral Cutlass. It makes certain champions who already were fairly good, just ridiculous. but especially with Garen. Now all I see is Lethality Predator Garen who 2 shots nukes the enemy and is returned to safety only to passively heal all the damage back. Not every champion deserves an Ekko ultimate. Especially those whose natural tankiness and high damage is outweighed by limited mobility (Juggernauts for example).
