Can we nerf Dragon and Baron? AND BUFF Inhib and Nexus Turret not nerf

I thought the entire Goal of this season was to 1: Increase Jungle Diversity and 2: Make the game less snowbally, I think 1 was accomplished somewhat , but 2 was the opposite, with the new changes that happened to dragon and baron, all it did was make it so the enemy team could siege even better, and snowball even more, with the damage increase to turrets and minons from dragon buffs , also the damage increase in general, and the HUGE boost in siege power from the baron buff. And all this results in 20min games with the score being like 30-5.
