After almost 3 months and Tank Assassins are STILL a problem?

I think we can tell that Riot really do not give a s**t about balance within the game, if they are still allowing , and to build tank and still have ridiculous damage. This has been going on for months and EVERYONE knows how to fix this (nerf their base DAMAGE and improve their scaling) and yet Riot seem completely oblivious. They have stated that they do not want assassins building bruiser or tank items and yet they are doing nothing to punish the players currently abusing this in game.

Riot has about as much clout as a wet noodle.
