That sounds like a personal problem beause Kog is pretty ass right now.

the only reason he isnt top tier is because the other adcs are too broken for him to keep up post lane yet he is still cancer to the rest of the champ roster.

Now? His base damage and base ability damages didn't get touched, his scaling did.

The worst thing is that garbage like this actually gets upvoted by the other silver/bronze players that hate adcs.

0 dmg? do you even know what 0 dmg is? cause i do i'm an ex Dar player. Dar does 0 dmg not kog. He is still way way too strong early game you guy prolly dont understand cause you got used to adcs beeing able to kill people with a single rotation and 3 autos with a dorans blade. pre rework kog did NO dmg early game this one still needs a recurve bow to be perfectly relevant.
