Make the Champion Portrait Smaller

I don't need a huge Ezreal portrait taking up valuable HUD space. I KNOW WHAT CHAMPION I PICKED! It's just superfluous information and its colorful nature distracts me from what's actually going on in the game. Before, this wasn't as much of an issue since it was neatly tucked to the left side. While still unnecessary, it was at least not so conspicuous.

On another note, the minimap has a lot of wasted space around it. I find this new HUD design fairly poor. There is less contrast between items, more wasted space and it feels like it gets in the way.
